Today is Super Bowl Sunday, and the NFL is going to play two of the biggest games of the year, with a total of six games on the schedule.
The first is at the Miami Dolphins’ Sun Life Stadium, which hosts the Super Bowl this Sunday.
That’s not all that big a deal, but there will be a lot of big games.
The other is at home, against the New England Patriots, on Sunday, March 8.
Here are the key dates for all of the big games this year: Monday, March 7, 1:30 p.m.
ET: Houston Texans at Jacksonville Jaguars, Foxboro, Mass.
The Texans have a tough game on the line against the Jacksonville Jaguars at Sun Life, as they face the first-place Jacksonville Jaguars this Sunday, a team that finished with the NFL’s best record last season.
Houston needs a win and a win would send them to their first Super Bowl in 17 years.
Wednesday, March 9, 1 p.t.
ET : New York Jets at Carolina Panthers, MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford, N.J. The Jets are facing off against the Panthers for the third straight season, but this year, they have a better chance to win this game.
They need to win and take down the Panthers.
The Panthers beat the Jets in their only meeting last season and this year they’re on a roll, with quarterback Cam Newton, wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin, and running back Jonathan Stewart all having a great season.
Thursday, March 10, 1,000-yard rusher: Atlanta Falcons at Seattle Seahawks, CenturyLink Field, Seattle, Wash.
The Falcons are trying to win their first NFC East title in four years, and they need to get a win at home against a Seattle team that was the NFC’s No. 1 seed before the season started.
This will be the Falcons’ second trip to CenturyLink Stadium this season, and last year they lost to the Seahawks in Seattle.
Thursday night, March 11, 1 a.m.: Dallas Cowboys at Kansas City Chiefs, Arrowhead Stadium, Arlington, Texas.
This is the biggest game of the season for the Cowboys, as the Chiefs have won five straight and will play the Cowboys for the second straight year.
If the Chiefs win, they’ll be in their first playoff spot since 2006.
Saturday, March 12, 1 and 2 p.s.
ET.: Miami Dolphins at Buffalo Bills, Sun Life Park, Sun Country, Fla.
This one is pretty easy to forget because the Dolphins won just two games last season, including two straight games against the Bills, but the Bills have been terrible all season and they still have the worst record in the AFC.
The Dolphins have to beat the Bills and keep their record up, and if they can’t, it’ll be a tough season for Miami.
Saturday night, 3:30 a.t.: Seattle Seahawks at Carolina Seahawks, AT&T Stadium, Seattle.
The Seahawks are trying for their first win since last year, and that could go either way.
If they win, this will be their first appearance in Super Bowl XLIX, which is a wild card game.
The Eagles beat the Seahawks last season in the NFC title game, so that’s the kind of season this team has going for them.
The second game on Sunday is at CenturyLink, so it’s a big deal.
The third game is in Atlanta, where the Falcons play the Falcons for the fifth straight year and have won four of the last five.
Thursday evening, 4 p.o.m., ET: Kansas City Cowboys at Minnesota Vikings, TCF Bank Stadium, Minneapolis, Minn.
This game is a big one for the Chiefs, who are trying their best to win the division again.
The Cowboys are coming off their best game of their season last week, a 34-20 win at Minnesota, and will need to make a big play on the road to win again.
But the Vikings have won three straight, and their record is good enough to make the playoffs.
Saturday evening, 6 p.e.m: Indianapolis Colts at Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis, Ind.
This could be a shootout between two teams that were very similar in 2015 and 2016, but Indianapolis lost that game and was eliminated from the playoffs for the first time in four seasons.
The Buccaneers are coming into the season as a playoff team and they have been very good all year, so they’re probably going to win on Sunday.
Sunday, 9 p.d.: Buffalo Bills at Denver Broncos, Pepsi Center, Denver, Colo.
The Broncos are coming in a little bit of a different direction than the Bills are this year.
They’re trying to get back to the playoffs and they’re having a better season than last year.
That could put them in a great spot to win it all.
This week, the Broncos host the Denver Broncos for the final time in franchise history.
